30-Minute Barre Burn – A full-body, low-impact workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Expect small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and deep muscle engagement to tone the legs, glutes, core, and arms. 15-Minute Slow Flow – A grounding and restorative sequence to lengthen muscles, improve mobility, and reconnect with breath. Gentle, flowing movements will release tension and promote deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
