Join power couple Ian & Aly McPherson as they test your limits with High Intensity Interval Training.  Utilizing functional integrated training, animal flow and athletic based movements, torch calories and leave this workout feeling like an elite athlete.  Options will be given during this workout, so all levels are welcome to join.  This workout will utilize body weight only.  LET’S GO!

Join CRISP COACH Erika from Straightline Dance Fitness! Dance-based movement builds the brain’s connection to the body, lifts the spirits, and activates the mind, body, and soul! This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with deep stretching to give you the best of both worlds. This workout designed to sculpt every part of your body, as well as increase stamina and improve strength. Think exercises using your own body weight: push-ups, planks, etc. The extended stretch sequence at the end will increase flexibility and reduce soreness. Shoes and mat encouraged.
