Living Crisp is more than just eating healthy, it’s a movement that embodies being the best you from the inside out. We believe that every individual should have access to the tools needed to live a positive, healthy life. Therefore, we have teamed up with like-minded organizations in our community to bring you events that provide insight on how to be your best you.

CRISP VINYASA

When: Saturday, January 12 @ 9:00am-10:00am
Where: CRISP & GREEN – Wayzata

Join us for a reflective Saturday morning of vinyasa and mindfulness! CRISP Coach Gabrielle will take you through a soulful flow to start your weekend off right. Bring a mat and a water bottle!

CRISP VINYASA

Where: CRISP & GREEN – Edina

Flow through your week with a relaxing and rejuvenating Vinyasa class taught by CRISP Coach, Sarah! Please bring a mat and a water bottle.

CRISP & Athleta Yoga

When: Saturday, January 19 @ 9:00am-10:00am
Where: CRISP & GREEN – Wayzata

CRISP & GREEN and Athleta Ridgedale are partnering to bring you a morning of health and wellness! Join instructor Carrie of TigerFit for a 60-minute vinyasa, followed by complimentary agua frescas, freebies and more! Please bring a mat and a water bottle. CRISP SCULPT

When: Wednesday, January 23 @ 5:30pm-6:30pm

Light up your Wednesday night with a fiery and fun yoga sculpt class with CRISP Coach Angela! Prepare to burn calories through dynamic movements mixed with yoga flow. Bring a mat and a water bottle!

CRISP BOOT CAMP

Get ready to sweat with CRISP Coach Mallory’s full body boot camp! She uses bodyweight techniques mixed with cardio to get your heart rate up while strengthening and toning. Bring a mat and water bottle!
