**REQUIRED** Bring a mat! We’re teaming up with our always amazing partners from Core Power Yoga Highland Park and instructor Maddie for a special GRAND OPENING DAY Yoga Sculpt class featuring plenty of fun giveaways and DJ beats! If the fall weather is nice, class will be held outdoors at C&G Highland Park on our spacious patio so dress accordingly. In the case of inclimate weather (rain/extreme cold), we will hold the event indoors!

In a nutshell, Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates body weight and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. … Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there’s always a challenging core workout mixed in! Taught in the CPY signature style, this class will definitely get you ready to take on the day!

Join our CRISP Coach, Erika for a strengthening and toning barre class!
 
Tone, lengthen and build lean muscle during this ballet and Pilates inspired class. Using small, isometric movements, you exercise your secondary muscles. These movements tone, strengthen, and encourage flexibility. Barre is a low impact workout, fatiguing your muscles without putting excessive stress on your joints. REQUIRED: Bring a mat!
