CRISP Bar Method | NOLO

Join our CRISP Coach, Kayla for a strengthening and toning class!
 
Tone, lengthen and build lean muscle during this ballet and Pilates inspired class. Using small, isometric movements, you exercise your secondary muscles. These movements tone, strengthen, and encourage flexibility. Bar Method is a low impact workout, fatiguing your muscles without putting excessive stress on your joints. REQUIRED: Bring a mat!

What’s an A10? This class Is our bread and butter. Class starts with a gradual, yet progressive warm up integrating fundamental yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. A10 peaks when you give it your all during a 10 minute stretch of maximum cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching so you can walk away ready to conquer your day.

Burn the stress away. This detoxifying vinyasa-style flow is filled with breath-linked cues, creative sequencing and dynamic movement patterns will both detoxify and challenge you to your core. Leave with a clearer mind and empowered state of being. All levels welcome.

For those who: HIIT train, run, cycle, cross fit, exercise regularly or irregularly, work hard, stay up late, experience stress, are parents, travel, are in transition or are human.

We are thrilled to welcome ALTR Edina to the 50th & France neighborhood! Join C&G + ALTR for an intense HIIT class plus a sneak peek of ALTR Edina’s new studio!
ALTR is bringing their signature brand of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to Crisp & Green. HIIT is a training strategy that alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief periods of rest. One ALTR PRO will lead you through a circuit based mainly on body weight exercises allowing you to be challenged, while also feeling successful. A blend of cardio and strength will have your heart rate pumping, and your mojo struttin.
What might you need? Water. Sweat Towel. Yoga Mat.
