Body Weight Sculpt + Spavia Day Spa | Maple Grove

Join CPY Maple Grove for a heart-pumping body weight Yoga Sculpt! Bring your mat and water for this full-body workout class emphasizing on strength, core and cardio.

Kick-Start Your Saturday! | Highland Park

We are teaming up with Alchemy Highland Park to offer a new Saturday experience! The morning will begin at ALCHEMY Highland park for an A10 class and wrapped up at CRISP & GREEN Highland Park for a group lunch and complimentary agua fresca.

What’s an A10? Glad you asked! This is Alchemy’s bread and butter: a combination of yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Warm-up with yoga, 10 minutes of bodyweight high intensity, and a yoga cool-down. Leave feeling more alive!

U of M students! Take a study break and some time for yourself with a CRISP Wellness event at our C&G Dinkytown location!

Join C&G Brand Ambassador and UMN student Allie G. for Yoga Sculpt. Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates body weight and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there’s always a challenging core workout mixed in! Taught in the CPY signature style, this class will definitely get you ready to take on finals!

Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises designed to work every muscle in the body. This class is a low impact and accessible to any level of fitness. Pilates is designed to align, lengthen and strengthen the body, with a strong emphasis on the core. This class will help improve flexibility and build functional strength and endurance in the entire body.

Tone, lengthen and build lean muscle during this ballet and Pilates inspired class. Using small, isometric movements, you exercise your secondary muscles. These movements tone, strengthen, and encourage flexibility. Bar Method is a low impact workout, fatiguing your muscles without putting excessive stress on your joints. REQUIRED: Bring a mat!

Join the Viverant Team for an energetic mat Pilates class topped off with an information session on well-balanced eating strategies. Marla Brooks (Physical Therapist & Pilates instructor) will lead you through an invigorating mat pilates series for ALL levels—and Stephanie Skeba (Registered Dietitian & Certified Personal Trainer) will be leading you on your way to eating like the Rainbow.

C&G + Py Method | EDINA

When: Saturday, January 11th @ 9:15am – 10:15am

CRISP & GREEN is teaming up with Py Method to bring you “Py 60”,  a full-body workout!

Py Method is a boutique fitness studio that specializes in cardio-based group fitness classes. Join us for a 60-minute Py class taught by Amy Sonke, owner of Py Method. The first 45 minutes of class will be spent doing cardio, plyometric and bodyweight exercises, which will increase your heart rate and caloric burn. The last 15 minutes of class will focus on a Vinyasa yoga flow, which serves as an active recovery and allows you to lengthen, strengthen and stretch your muscles. (Please note that most people prefer to wear shoes during the first portion of class!)

Attendee requirements: Please bring your own mat and wear tennis shoes

Chaz Sandifer has been involved in health and wellness for the past 10 years. After overcoming life challenges and rebuilding her life with her two children, Chaz decided to start her journey towards healing from the inside out.
