Barre3 is a full body workout balancing strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Our mission, and the driving factor behind every move we do in class, is to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered within. You'll experience large-range moves that engage your entire body, isometric holds and pulses, cardio bursts, and muscle-releasing stretches.

To celebrate halloween we are throwing a superhero themed workout with CrossFit Southpaw. This is a kid-friendly workout so be sure to bring the whole family!
You will be lead through a fun, personalized, and challenging workout session! During our time, you will be able to experience what CrossFit feels like and why every person - regardless of their current fitness level - can benefit from this style of training. The workout will use some fitness equipment (which will be provided) and will target the core, arms, legs, and lungs!

During a group stretch, our Flexologist will assist and guide you through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as how to work with stretching tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. It doesn't matter what your flexibility level is - anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey is welcomed!

A lower impact workout, HIGH Low is the sister format to our flagship HIGH. Offering impact progressions for every move, HIGH Low is a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, this lower impact format focuses on the steady state (or aerobic) training zone – the heart rate remains in a manageable yet constant and cahllenging, aerobic state for the majority of class. Lower impact leads to less joint discomfort while still yielding those important mental health benefits and improving overall fitness and cardiovascular health!
