We will head north towards Rigden Reservoir for a single loop. The full route is about 7 miles, but feel free to add or subtract depending on what you need. We welcome people of all paces and hope to see you there!

Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!

To celebrate CRISP & GREEN'S grand opening, Core Progression will be hosting a fitness similar to what you would see in the gym! We will start by introducing Core Progression and working our way to a warm-up & "total body tune up" circuit! We will be using body weight exercises to help tone muscles.
Following our workout we will do a 5 min cool down together!
