This is a fun and fast paced fitness class with elements of boxing and high intensity interval training. (HIIT) for overall Conditioning and toning. Hook Ultimate Boxing is designed to take you to a higher level of conditioning and endurance through 12 rounds that challenge your mind and body. This boxing class is suitable for all fitness levels.

The method we use at our women’s gym offers an all-in-one workout that both burns and tones your total body. It is the most revolutionary workout you’ll ever experience!
You will be guided through a 50 min Pilates mat class! beginners all the way to advanced are welcomed!
Pilates will help every body strengthen, lengthen, and tone, so be ready to sweat!

Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full-body workout. Whether you’re looking for physical results or a way to relieve stress and feel your best, our instructors will guide you every step of the way in your wellness journey.

Our workout is not HIIT. It is heart rate-based interval training, where our certified coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery.

This practice will combine Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga. Vinyasa will warm up the body and rid the body of excess prana (energy), while yin will work deeply in your body by holding poses longer. Breath, stretching, relaxation, rejuvenation, longevity and peace.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.
When it’s just you and your mat you learn how to focus on your unique body, listening to its messages, and trusting what you hear to gain confidence in how best to move. Specific cueing guides you to feel the perfect balance of challenge while deepening your mind-body connection through breath and ease of movement. This low impact exercise routine can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.

Basecamp Fitness is an exciting and effective 35-minute workout that incorporates resistance training, cardio and finishes every workout with a 10-minute core blast.
Our workouts are designed and coached by professionals to prevent over or under training. They are immensely diverse and are never repeated throughout the month.
