This class will be a challenging and dynamic vinyasa flow class. It focuses on strengthening the core muscles and promoting flexibility. The class is designed for all levels of experience. It incorporates breath-focused movements, invigorating sequences, and options for modifications to accommodate different levels. Overall, it offers an energizing and transformative yoga experience.

Toning to the Core is a 60 Minute class using multiple muscle groups at a time! We will be using resistance bands along with body weight! Teena has been teaching fitness for 17 years to all ages and all levels! Modification is her middle name, so gather your friends and join us for a fun morning of fitness as we kickoff the school year!
