Come get your sweat on with FITAHOLIC, meet their high-energy and expert instructing team, and see what their Saturday HIIT Circuits are all about! In this fun and fast-paced workout, 45 minutes will fly by as you rotate through a variety of stations thoughtfully designed to get you a muscle-challenging total body workout that gets your heart-pumping.

Join us for a lovely and peaceful morning where we'll take some time to rest and reset through a yin yoga practice. Our focus will be on self-love and personal wellness as we create space in our muscles, joints, and connective tissues. This practice is all about finding balance, by finding the middle ground between "muscle release" and "muscle engagement.
You'll experience gentle, deep stretching, longer held poses, and breath-work, which will activate your connective tissues, stimulate your flow of qi and breath, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more flexible.

This class will be a challenging and dynamic vinyasa flow class. It focuses on strengthening the core muscles and promoting flexibility. The class is designed for all levels of experience. It incorporates breath-focused movements, invigorating sequences, and options for modifications to accommodate different levels. Overall, it offers an energizing and transformative yoga experience.

Toning to the Core is a 60 Minute class using multiple muscle groups at a time! We will be using resistance bands along with body weight! Teena has been teaching fitness for 17 years to all ages and all levels! Modification is her middle name, so gather your friends and join us for a fun morning of fitness as we kickoff the school year!
