Tone your muscles in this full-body strength power yoga workout. Light weights, resistance bands, and props may be used to design a full-body workout. This class combines traditional yoga postures and sequences and typically taught at a faster pace than traditional yoga flow.

Agua Frescas will be available after class for attendees!
You will be guided through a 20-min cycle of body weight strength exercises, repping it out to some head bopping beats. Followed up with a 20 minute yoga flow, mirroring breath to movement and finishing with some deep stretches and final resting pose. You'll leave feeling refreshed and revived. This workout is similar to what you would see in the SPENGA southlake studio in Park Village!
