HIIP (High Intensity Interval Play) combines elements of cardio, mobility, strength, gymnastics, climbing, and obstacle course training for a unique, fun and playful workout!
The Wilderness Fitness & Coworking is located in Uptown (below CVS). You'll notice a big difference between The Wilderness space and other co-working spaces. Their large functional fitness space exists to help members loosen up, stay in shape, and ditch the mundane work routine for a well rounded experience focused on play.
The Wilderness offers fitness only memberships as well as coworking + fitness memberships. All memberships include access to Yoga, Recess, and HIIP classes.

The method we use at our women’s gym offers an all-in-one workout that both burns and tones your total body. It is the most revolutionary workout you’ll ever experience!
The workout is a safe, efficient, full-body workout that builds inner and outer strength, grace, and poise.
The Class
Our method is rooted in physical therapy to maintain a consistent workout routine that is sustainable throughout the years. Precise isometric exercises followed by stretching to tone and lengthen all major muscle groups. Every class includes a warm-up, upper body exercises, lower body work at the barre and core exercises on the floor, using your own bodyweight for resistance along with a few basic props to enhance the intensity of class.
The Teachers
The bar method has expertly trained instructors that endure a vigorous training process to ensure they are fully prepared to instruct on the highest level. Our instructors customize classes to best fit the needs of each and every client. Clients will receive personal adjustments and modifications to ensure you get the most out of every workout.
The Results
A strong body with sculpted arms, flat abs, elongated thighs, a lifted backside, as well as improved posture and body alignment. The fast pace of class spikes the heart rate at different intervals to burn calories not just in the classroom, but long after. You also strengthen

During this class, Julia will help you target muscles in the entire body. No equipment required, this high-intensity workout will leave you breathless and smiling.
We will guide you through a 10-15 minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of high intensity movements ranging from squats to push with some surprise 'twists' and fun challenges in between. Class will end with a 5-10 minute cool down.
All moves will be scalable, making this workout appropriate for everyone from beginners to advanced.

Join GRIT at Crisp & Green for a-60 minute all levels yoga flow. You will be guided through a 60-minute vinyasa style practice connecting breath with movement. You'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.This class will be equal parts mindfulness, challenge and fun! You won't want to miss this incredible class led by one of GRIT's incredible instructors.
