Basecamp Fitness Edina is bringing you a high intensity interval workout that will be 35 minutes of cardio and strength + 10 minutes of abs and stretching! Bring a yoga mat for your space plus water and a towel and get ready for a great workout with Coach Karlie!

ALTR is a 50-minute functional, full body workout. Be prepared to dig deep and push hard in this format that combines high intensity interval training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment.
