At Crisp & Green – we bring more than made-from scratch salads, grain bowls and smoothies to the community. We also host FREE wellness events as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere.
Whether you are new to Jazzercise or a novice, this class is for you. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, ease of movement, and modifications to welcome all.
