Toning to the Core is a 60 Minute class using multiple muscle groups at a time! We will be using resistance bands along with body weight! Teena has been teaching fitness for 17 years to all ages and all levels! Modification is her middle name, so gather your friends and join us for a fun morning of fitness as we kickoff the school year!

Andrea will include a quick warm-up and cool down to ease in and out of this well-rounded sculpt workout that will leave your entire body feeling strong and energized.

This outdoor workout, brought to you by F45 Training, will be 45 minutes long and will include both strength and cardio-based functional movements. It's sure to be sweaty fun and is suitable for all fitness levels!

Join us for Water Street Tampa's September Be Well series featuring Orangetheory with a Leg Sculpting class taking place in Raybon Plaza sponsored by Crisp & Green.
Orangetheory uses heart-rate based interval training, with five heart-rate zones designed to increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories.
This class is free to attend but registration is required.
