In this 45 minute class, our coaches will take you through myofascial release techniques like foam rolling, stretches, corrective exercise, yoga, and meditation. Stress is one of the top causes of disease and injury. We focus on reversing the biochemical response to stress by getting you to shift from a sympathetic state to a parasympathetic state to boost recovery and have you feeling refreshed and re-energized. This class is great for healing and ReSTOREing the mind, body, and soul.

Join Crisp & Green and Kendall Lanning for a playful, all levels, yoga flow! Kendall will create a space where time becomes irrelevant, and magic is real! Kendall comes from Lotus House of Yoga where she is also completing her 500Hr Yoga Teacher Certification.
You will end class with Crystal Bowls for blissed out meditation & sound bath. Whether you are new to yoga or been practicing for years-this is an amazing opportunity to connect with community and have some fun with movement.
