Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!

SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness to create what's simply known as the best workout ever. Through a combination of spin, strength training, and yoga. SPENGA creates a multi-sensory experience with space dedicated specifically to each element of the workout, invigorating aromatherapy and workouts fueled by energizing DJ-inspired beats. To celebrate CRISP & GREEN'S grand opening, Core Progression will be hosting a fitness similar to what you would see in the gym! We will start by introducing Core Progression and working our way to a warm-up & "total body tune up" circuit! We will be using body weight exercises to help tone muscles.
Following our workout we will do a 5 min cool down together!

Our mission, and the driving factor behind every move we do in class, is to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered within. To celebrate halloween we are throwing a superhero themed workout with CrossFit Southpaw. This is a kid-friendly workout so be sure to bring the whole family!
You will be lead through a fun, personalized, and challenging workout session! During our time, you will be able to experience what CrossFit feels like and why every person - regardless of their current fitness level - can benefit from this style of training. The workout will use some fitness equipment (which will be provided) and will target the core, arms, legs, and lungs!
