Invigorating Flow: In this guided 60-minute all-levels class, you will receive expert-level guidance, inspiration, and instruction. This intermediate flow class will include sun salutations, optional vinyasas, strength, cardio, and dynamic breathwork to awaken your body, heart, and mind in a whole new way. There will be modifications and variations offered to cultivate success and enjoyment for all who attend. There is nothing quite like experiencing yoga in nature, and experiencing it on the ice is truly something special.

The class will run around 45 mins long we start with a 7 min stretch/cardio warm up then we will go through six 3 min rounds of different boxing combinations/techniques and end with 7 mins of core/strength moves as a cool down. Join us for a fun social run from Crisp & Green's Harmony location! Run will be 4-6 miles and participants will receive a free BOGO salad or grain bowl after the run. We'll roll through a brief warmup and introductions before starting the run to help people connect with others running similar paces and distances.
