SNOWGA W/ CRISP & GREEN | Wayzata

We are embracing the bold north and taking yoga outside to help kickoff the Wayzata Chilly Open! Please dress WARM and in layers for a signature “Hustle & Flow” vinyasa sequence with Crisp Coach, Gabrielle! Gabrielle will guide participants through a mix of Sun Salutations and aerobic sequencing with continuous guidance throughout the flow to build confidence and strength. Postures are presented with modifications for every level of experience.  You will hear it all, a good mix and a good flow.

Class will be held outdoors at 220 Grove Lane E on Wayzata Bay. Please bring your own mat to use for the class to keep warm and supported.

First 100 Attendees will get a Crisp & Green beanie! Plus, C&G will provide complimentary hot apple frescas after class for everyone participating!
