Celebrate the Lunar New Year with tranquility and movement at Water Street Tampa’s February Be Well series. This month we will be featuring Mt Song Martial Arts as they guide you through their Beginner Qi Gong and Tai Chi class. Your class will begin with Qi Gong, a series of breathing and stretching exercises designed to harmonize your energy. These gentle movements serve as the perfect warm-up for the main event – Tai Chi. Immerse yourself in the foundational movements of Tai Chi and explore the graceful postures of the beginner Yang 24 routine.
We welcome all to this event. Great for beginners and seasoned Qi Gong and Tai Chi practitioners.
This class is free to attend but registration is required.
