Join Shelly from Mystic Vibes Yoga and Sound Healing for an hour long yoga flow. She likes to weave different styles of yoga into her classes, although most of it is based on her immersive yoga teacher training in India. Her favorite thing about yoga is that it is non discriminatory and each person can develop their own unique practice on the mat. She also loves the immediate benefits of yoga, which include uniting the body, mind, and spirit. Her classes conclude with a gong savasana, which is a healing relaxation concert that calms the mind and relaxes the body for deep healing.
