Join Crisp & Green + DEVO Fitness for a free HIIT class at our Blaine location!
You will be lead through a challenging, high intensity, personalized workout session! Get your sweat on in a short amount of time, our HIIT training is designed to maximize your heart rate in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Our training benefits any fitness level, so bring your water and get ready to work! The workout will use minimal equipment, which we will provide, and will be working your total body! Please bring a mat.
Complimentary agua frescas will be available for attendees after class!
