At CRISP & GREEN – we bring more than our made-from scratch menu to the community. We also host FREE Live Crisp Events as our commitment to you and your wellness driven lifestyle.
Join us for a sunny, summer-themed yoga practice to increase your energy, positivity, and shine! This practice will use poses, breathing, and meditation tools to stoke your solar plexus/3rd chakra that includes twists, mild backhanding, and concentration techniques. Options given for ALL levels. Come plug into the sun!
Attendees will receive a complimentary Aguas Frescas + BOGO Salad or Grain Bowl after class! Stay after for lunch.
