Join CRISP & GREEN and CorePower Yoga for a free Yoga Sculpt Class!
Join us for a bodyweight Yoga Sculpt class. Flow, sweat, dance, and move to a fun-upbeat workout class with the inclusion of traditional yoga postures. A full body workout! Light weights are welcome.
