Enjoy the best of both worlds with this mash up of two fierce class combos. Cassidy Stumm, creator of Move With Cass, will begin with a standard yoga sculpt class warm up integrating breath to movement while starting to incorporate cardio bursts and big movements to get the heart rate up. Make sure to bring your water bottles and yoga mats!
