9 – 10 AM – Sculpt and Flow
10:30 – 11:30 AM – Restore
These classes emphasize will stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body in a full sensory room. Participants will receive a free entree from CRISP & GREEN in addition to a free Fresca Pass for a year!
***To register, simply pick the class on Nov 16th for either the Sculpt and Flow class from 9am – 10am OR Restore class from 10:30am – 11:30am – Restore.
