Shakti Kids Yoga is about mindful movement & meditation meeting creativity. We teach children and family yoga classes throughout Denver Metro while also offering birthday parties, camps and teacher training. Family Yoga classes can include games, mindful activities, partner poses, stories, art activities, relaxation and songs. Classes encourage an engaging fun experience, and a chance for families to experience heartfelt connection.
