Club Pilates studios offer low-impact, full-body workouts with a variety of classes that challenge your body as well as your mind. Our studios have several pieces of equipment used throughout class including the Reformer. Pilates challenges your abs, back, glutes, and more. With every movement Pilates develops flexibility, coordination, and lean muscles in the entire body, all while eliminating nagging pain points. Come and enjoy a Mat class with one of our amazing instructors!

SPENGA's format of 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga combines the three pillars of fitness all in one 60-minute group training workout. Join us at Crisp & Green for a 40 minute WORKOUT. 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 20 minutes of yoga. Please bring your own mat.
