Mojo Fit Studios sculpt is a combination of yoga and muscle conditioning. The class sometimes uses weights, toning exercises, cardio and basic yoga postures to reshape your body.

Burn Boot Camp focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!

9 Round will be leading a 30 minute HIIT & full-body kickboxing class that consists of 9 different stations that targets different foundation areas of fitness

This 45 minute class is designed to close the gap between one-on-one personal training and group fitness. Kay Cote from Fly Fitness will be teaching a yoga class! Flyyoga uses resistance, flexibility and strength to help you find true balance in the body and the mind.
