This class uses High-Intensity Interval Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. You will work the lower body, upper body, and core in every class along with cardio. Every move is modifiable, so this class is for everyone!

Are you ready for a HIIT45?
In this class, you will give an all-out, 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise blocks followed by active recovery periods. This class uses rowers, weights, and body weight. Be prepared to build cardiovascular fitness while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Not only will you work your heart, but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
