The workout will be lead by a certified Coach and will be a full-body HIIT workout that makes it simple for you to get More Life! This will be a 45-minute class that hits every muscle group. The class will be a mixture of full-body movements, mini bands and cardio all to upbeat music. You will leave feeling energetic, inspired, and motivated!

The class will run around 45 mins long we start with a 7 min stretch/cardio warm up then we will go through six 3 min rounds of different boxing combinations/techniques and end with 7 mins of core/strength moves as a cool down.
