Erin from yogi wellness will be teaching a Yoga Sculpt class. Yoga sculpt is a yoga inspired workout class that incorporates sun salutations A and B (from vinyasa) with bursts of cardio and lots of strength training. Yoga sculpt is a blend of vinyasa flow, strength training, and cardio, creating a full mind body experience.
**REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT**
