Join us for a FREE workout with Sky’s the Limit Boxing in celebration of Mother’s Day!
At Crisp & Green – we bring more than made-from scratch salads, grain bowls and smoothies to the community. We also host FREE wellness events as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere. Join us as we celebrate creating luck for yourself in March & encourage everyone around us to manifest their goals!
This class will be led by owners Sky Suitter & Brian Suitter. We’ll emphasize on body weight workouts and also bring some basic boxing equipment to keep the workout fun and exciting!
**Class will be outdoors – please bring a yoga mat**
