Join Crisp & Green + RECESS for a free fitness event at our new Lakewood location!
RECESS will be leading a high intensity circuit based class that will follow a 40/ 20 tempo (40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest). The class is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally as you progress through each circuit!
The class is broken up into 3 stations:
Cardio: Using your body to challenge endurance and get that heart rate up.
Floor: Utilizing movements to increase functionality of the body..
Strength: Combination of body weight and resistance bands to tone and feel the burn!
**Please remember to bring your own mat and dress appropriately for an outdoor workout!**
Complimentary Agua Frescas will be available for attendees after class!
