Pure Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout designed to help you lift, tone and burn! It’s a musically driven, high energy class that will target your ENTIRE body! Join us for a 45 minute Align class. Pure Barre AlignTM combines our classic strength-building barre technique with a unique emphasis on flexibility and balance training to deliver a restorative full body workout. You will focus on various flows of stretching to increase your joint mobility, while building muscular strength and stability.
