Pressed Barre takes the best of a classical and cardio barre class, and infuses it with Yoga, Pilates and core-strength training. Pressed Barre will keep you burning calories long after class is over! You will increase your strength and range of motion as we blend the best of multiple disciplines into a single class. You will feel the difference in your body the very next day. You will increase in strength and range of motion. Join us outside at Crisp & Green to kick off summer set to a Hip Hop playlist, Pressed Barre will inspire you to take good care of yourself in every way… so what are you waiting for? All levels welcome.
Instructor Paige
Paige grew up being a competitive studio dancer her whole life and joined the Totino-Grace E’gals dance team in highschool. She continued dance into college through the Premier Dance Team at the University of Minnesota, Crash Dance Company, and is now a current dance team coach for her former Totino-Grace E’gals dance team. Through all of this experience and dance background, she began exploring yoga starting in her early high school years. She fell in love with the similarities yoga and barre had to dance, the sense of control, the calm open mindset, and the strength it gave her physically and mentally. She is still growing in her yoga and barre journey and is so excited to continue doing so at Pressed!
