
Are you ready for a HIIT45?
In this class, you will give an all-out, 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise blocks followed by active recovery periods. This class uses rowers, weights, and body weight. Be prepared to build cardiovascular fitness while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Not only will you work your heart, but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
