Join CRISP & GREEN and our new friends at LOCOFIT Studio for a FREE POWER YOGA class at our Blaine location!
Tone your muscles in this full-body strength power yoga workout. Light weights, resistance bands, and props may be used to design a full-body workout. This class combines traditional yoga postures and sequences and typically taught at a faster pace than traditional yoga flow.
Bring your Yoga Mat and be prepared to sweat, have fun, and let yourself go in this class!
