At KJFITCO, when we aren’t enjoying our favorite salad from crisp & green, we are putting on fun and challenging group training classes. This class known as “Daily Drip Group Training” incorporates full body functional movements that leave you breathless and smiling. It’s a unique approach to working out that is guaranteed to be one of a kind. We offer movement progressions and regressions so that the workout is inclusive of all workout levels.
