
Burn Boot Camp will be hosting a pop up that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and Burst Training with strength days in between. Burn Boot Camp is a group-based fitness facility. Each camp is 45 minutes with active recovery given to our members to maximize results!

There will be FREE FOOD to celebrate our Grand Opening after class! Starting at 10:30AM-1:30PM we will be handing out free food to the community.
