
Join GRIT at Crisp & Green for a-60 minute all levels yoga flow. You will be guided through a 60-minute vinyasa style practice connecting breath with movement. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.This class will be equal parts mindfulness, challenge and fun! You won’t want to miss this incredible class led by one of GRIT’s incredible instructors.
