We also collaborate with local partners to provide FREE wellness events & opportunities as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere. Let’s celebrate self-love & wellness, together!
Total body madness – using Kettlebells & Resistance Bands, we will hit all muscle groups – covering both strength training and explosive HIIT cardio moves! All levels are welcome! We will provide equipment, all you need to do is provide your bad-self and a good attitude!
