Join CRISP & GREEN and our friends at Farrell’s for a FREE fitness class outdoor to celebrate our kick off of Summer!
Come and join us for an FXB Fitness Kickboxing Class! We will be doing a beginner level of shadowboxing that is second to none and tons of FUN! No equipment needed. Farrell’s fitness training burns fat, increases coordination, confidence and metabolism, and is great for stress relief. In only 45 minutes, you get a workout that not only accommodates your busy schedule but works your entire body—inside and out!
