Come join our F45 Training Maple Grove team for an amazing fitness experience designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. Our class will be a body weight format and HIIT style workout geared towards everyday movement. Bring your matts, your friends, and your energy to kick off the New Year right!
