This outdoor workout, brought to you by F45 Training Eagan West and Inver Grove Heights, will be 45 minutes long and will include both strength and cardio-based functional movements. It’s sure to be sweaty fun and is suitable for all fitness levels!
Wear clothing you are comfortable training in outdoors-Bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you have one!
