
To celebrate CRISP & GREEN’S grand opening, Core Progression will be hosting a fitness similar to what you would see in the gym! We will start by introducing Core Progression and working our way to a warm-up & “total body tune up” circuit! We will be using body weight exercises to help tone muscles.
Following our workout we will do a 5 min cool down together!

*FREE FOOD WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THE WORKOUT 10:30am-1:30pm
*Must be in line by 1:30pm, valid for one item per person
