Celebrate the Southlake C&G GRAND OPENING WEEKEND with a FREE HIIT + Yoga workout hosted by SPENGA Southlake!
You will be guided through a 20-min cycle of body weight strength exercises, repping it out to some head bopping beats. Followed up with a 20 minute yoga flow, mirroring breath to movement and finishing with some deep stretches and final resting pose. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and revived. This workout is similar to what you would see in the SPENGA southlake studio in Park Village!
** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT**
