
You will be guided through a 20-min cycle of body weight strength exercises, repping it out to some head bopping beats. Followed up with a 20 minute yoga flow, mirroring breath to movement and finishing with some deep stretches and final resting pose. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and revived. This workout is similar to what you would see in the SPENGA southlake studio in Park Village!
