Kick off the Crisp & Green’s GRAND OPENING with a free HIIT class hosted by Volofit at our new Apple Valley location!
This unique HIIT workout will balance endurance, strength, power, & agility. Giving you the opportunity to transform your whole body! Volofit is The world’s first perfectly balanced, results-driven high intensity interval training (HIIT). Live music will be provided by Infinity Sounds.
This class will take place outdoors at the CRISP & GREEN APPLE VALLEY Grand Opening! FREE food after class for the first 100 people in line!*
