
Join us with Core Progression who will be hosting a fitness similar to what you would see in the gym! This will be a Mobility Session & Total Body Workout. One of our top trainers will guide attendees through a few mobility stretches as well as a total body workout to get a sweat in!
Following our workout we will do a 5 min cool down together!
