Join Crisp & Green and Kendall Lanning for a playful, all levels, yoga flow! Kendall will create a space where time becomes irrelevant, and magic is real!
You will end class with Crystal Bowls for blissed out meditation & sound bath. Whether you are new to yoga or been practicing for years-this is an amazing opportunity to connect with community and have some fun with movement.
**REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT** Class will be held outdoors
