Come celebrate Crisp and Green’s Grand Opening weekend in Boulder! Our high-energy certified coach will lead you through a 60 minute full body workout using body weight & mini bands to target all areas of the body! This workout is the perfect balance of cardio fitness & strength. Bring a mat, towel, and a water bottle, and get ready to burn!
