Come join Coach Ellie for Alchemy365s Cardio class – full body, functional conditioning that leaves you sucking wind and dripping with sweat. Science has proven that metabolic conditioning, and HIIT provide the very best path to burning fat, building strength, and increasing lung capacity. And when we integrate that work with a thoughtfully sequenced yoga warm-up and restorative cool-down, you’re left with a changed body, restored mind, and occasionally, wobbly legs.
