Whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, build muscle or improve flexibility, this bootcamp can help with all those things. This bootcamp class will consist of 7 stations that will have a mixture of strength workouts as well as plyometric workouts. This class features a mix of upper body workouts as well as lower body workouts that will challenge you physically and mentally while having fun doing so.
